Meet your Facilitators

Ana Lucia Divins is a healing therapeutic musician who shares her music and voice around the world, taking her work to Greece, Spain, the UK, United States, and Colombia.

Internationally certified as a Holistic Voice Therapist at the British Academy of Sound Therapy and as a Music Practitioner at Washington, DC-based Music for Healing and Transition Program, Ana Lucia studies and shares the art and science of providing healing therapeutic music for body, mind, and spirit. She weaves her Colombian roots into her education and training to create a unique, research-proven healing experience for audiences and patients.

An award and grant-winning artist, Ana Lucia adds her soft, melodic healing vocals to her offerings: singing by patients’ bedsides, performing at community events, sharing in private gatherings, and also integrating her wellness work in corporate settings. Her music for restoration and relaxation is available on digital channels so people may experience her sounds in their homes.

Gaby is a certified wellness coach, meditation student and Kaiut yoga teacher. Gaby left corporate America about 7 years ago to pursue her passion for healthy living, human potential, and empowering others.

She found the Kaiut method a few years back and received so much healing from this practice that decided to share with others by becoming a teacher.

Kaiut is a unique therapeutic method that combines ancestral yoga with neuroscience principals, and other therapeutic modalities.
The Kaiut method adapts the ancient practice of yoga to the needs of modern human life.

This experience allows you to:

  • Rebalance and calm your nervous system
  • Cultivate the capacity to be in the present moment
  • Tap into your body’s ability to heal itself
  • Melt rigidity in your body
  • Reconnect with your body, mind and soul
  • Experience spontaneous meditation

Kearsley is a private + postpartum chef, educator, and author who serves the greater Asheville community with seasonal nourishment and foundational classes. Her approach to food is influenced by many years of study in the culinary arts, women’s herbalism, Ayurveda, wildcrafting, hormonal health, & traditional diets.

At the heart of her work is a value for small-scale sourcing, bioregional relationships, and the belief that eating delicious home cooked meals made with ingredients that our great-grandmothers would recognize can provide the deep meaning, healing, and pleasure that is needed at this time. Kearsley describes her way of life as a “slow simmer”- a delicate balance between pursuing her career and savoring the simplicity of a life steeped in beauty, slowness, and lots of time outdoors.

Ana Lucia Divins and Carlos Crespo, the enchanting duo known as The Divins Duet, craft original new-age world music that invites listeners on a serene journey of healing, inner connection, and peace.

Ana Lucia, a Colombian singer and therapeutic musician, lends her soft, melodic vocals, while Carlos, an Ecuadorian guitarist, weaves unique, uplifting tunes. In the summer of 2024, they released their debut healing music album, “Emerging,” in collaboration with other talented musicians. Available on all digital platforms, this album is shared through intimate performances and sound baths, offering a deeply relaxing and uplifting experience.

“Emerging” transcends mere music; it serves as a daily reminder of new beginnings, healing, transformation, and embracing life’s offerings. It is a sonic journey mirroring life’s ebb and flow, from dawn’s gentle awakening to night’s tranquil embrace. This album is a soundtrack for life, a testament to music’s transformative power, guiding listeners through life’s transitions and cycles

Carlos Crespo is a talented musician and music creator. He formed and performs regularly with his alternative rock band Dorian Gris, and he and Divins has been creating music together for many years through their Latin jazz music project Café Amaretto.

Together, they have developed this new music concept, creating and sharing healing music in community sound baths, performances at public events and festivals, as well as in other private events.
